Client: Nortel CWDM Deployments for Uecomm

Objective: Reduce internal costs for Nortel by undertaking the complete end to end implementation responsibilities to remove risk and allow client to maintain and increase margins for CWDM deployments and reduce headcount involvement.

Outcome: Creation of a deployment pricebook, implementation guide and scope of works to cover end to end deployment of CWDM projects for client.

Advantages to the client included:

  • Simplification of quote issue to end user by the establishment of a pricebook
  • Simplification of purchase order and invoicing processes
  • Removal of risk and internal cost over runs by outsourcing end to end responsibilities to Koi
  • Reduction of internal Nortel resources to complete project tasks, such as project management, implementation and order management staff involvement, therefore increasing margins on project
